Product Quality & Ingredients
Yes, our products are formulated with clean ingredients. This means we consciously exclude a list of potentially harmful or irritating ingredients, such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and synthetic dyes, focusing instead on high-quality and safe components.
Yes, all of our products are 100% fragrance-free. We do not add any synthetic fragrances, including essential oils, as these can often be irritants. Any subtle scent you may notice comes naturally from the raw ingredients themselves, such as fruit or plant extracts.
No, we are proudly cruelty-free. We do not test any of our ingredients or finished products on animals.

The Dew Drop Charms included in your order are small parts and pose a choking hazard. Please keep the charms and any small packaging components away from infants and children under the age of 4.
Dew Drops (Charm Policy)
We love surprising our customers! We include a free, random charm from our charm collection with every skincare product. The charm you receive is selected at random and is based purely on availability. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific charms or exchange charms for different designs.
Since our charms are distributed randomly based on availability, there is a chance you may receive a duplicate if you order multiple items/times. We cannot offer replacements or exchanges for duplicate charms. We hope you enjoy the charm and appreciate your understanding!
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
No, currently we only ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future!
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns, Replacements, & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or used items. All sales are final.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your package arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement free of charge.
Please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@heydewlily.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damage or defect.
We do not offer exchanges for different products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with the exact same item.
